Measurement methods for biofilms

We would like to introduce the "Measurement Method for Biofilms" conducted by our company. Typically, to detect biofilms, a dye called crystal violet is used. This cationic blue dye compound strongly binds electrostatically to the anions of the biofilm constituents in aqueous solution.
